To start, choose what kind of ceramic you want to make from six different options, then start shaping the clay on the pottery wheel. Once you have your block of clay, you can make it into anything you want. Slide your finger vertically or horizontally over the areas you want to change and play with movement of the wheel to make exactly what you want. By pressing sideways, you can make your object more narrow, while you can lengthen or shorten it by sliding your fingers up and down.
Once you find the shape you want to make, you can choose the material. Find your favorite option on a long list. You can also go back whenever you want to select a different option. After you choose the type of material, you can customize your ceramics to your heart's content. Add color, lines, handles, lids, or even diagrams. It's up to you!
